In this program, Rev. Richard Brunton discusses the story of Daniel. Daniel, taken as a slave into a foreign country, is chosen by the king due to his talents. Despite the change in his circumstances, Daniel stays faithful to God, refusing to eat certain foods, drink, or worship idols. When the king has a dream he can't remember, Daniel successfully interprets it, leading to a prominent position for him and his friends in the king's government.

Episode 903
Rev. Richard Brunton explores the prophecy of Daniel. Despite being a slave, Daniel is raised to a position of influence, gaining a reputation for wisdom and divine revelation. The focus is on Daniel's relationship with the new king, Darius, and the jealousy this stirs among Darius's entourage. Recognising Daniel's value to the kingdom, Darius wants to elevate him, causing others to try to find fault with Daniel in an attempt to discredit him.
