Annual Ministry Trip to Tanzania
From 25th May to 5th June 2026, Living Hope Ministries (LHM) conducted a series of pastors’ seminars in several rural areas. This year the seminars were run entirely by a local LHM team led by Bishop William Msuya.
In person visits like this have been a part of LHM's ministry since it began and Tanzania was one of the first few countries visited in the early days of LHM.
Equipping Leaders, Building Unity
The seminars are part of LHM’s goal to strengthen the church by bringing pastors and leaders together to share in studying the word of God.
Under Bishop William's leadership the locations for the seminars are not in the usual big population centres where visiting ministries often go. Rather the team travel into some less well visited places to encourage pastors and leaders doing vital work among people who are just as important to the heart of God. In this way we aim to encourage and strengthen these leaders.
More attendees and good reports
This year the attendance has increased compared to previous years. 750 pastors and leaders came to the two day seminars in five separate locations in Northern Tanzania. This is a credit to William's work in encouraging the local organisers to spread the news of these free seminars to other pastors to benefit from. Day one and Day two figures were both good, actually on average showing increased numbers on day 2 so, again this reflects the blessing and approval on the teachings delivered by William. The pastors are coming to hear the simple, truthful sharing of God's word.

William's summary report on the mission
Here, in his own words, is William's summary of this year's mission. It describes how valuable LHM's ministry is in Tanzania.
We thank God for His faithfulness throughout the seminar program. The teaching of the Book of 1 Corinthians proved to be timely and impactful for pastors and church leaders across all the locations visited. Participants were encouraged, equipped, and challenged to apply biblical principles within their churches and communities.
The positive response from attendees, including requests for additional seminars and invitations to new areas, demonstrates the continuing need for sound biblical teaching among church leaders. Living Hope Ministry remains committed to supporting and strengthening church leadership through Scripture-based training and discipleship.
We give all glory to God for the success of these seminars and look forward to future opportunities to serve His Church.
Finally some quotes from attendees
The way that the preacher and servant of God has been teaching, he has released things that are really what the church needs ... One of the things we have learned is that differences between denominations will be resolved if we preach Christ the One crucified for us and the One Who is our objective. We will come together as the body of Christ.
The seminar is very good and I have enjoyed it. We have learned how Paul brought discipline to the church and how he spoke against false teachings.
I am an evangelist and serve God in this place. Truly I have been very touched by these teachings brought by pastor Msuya.
These seminars are good. They have brought a revival in my spirit and a revival into the church of Christ.
